Reliant Inventory has taken the approach to provide the highest level of service and commitment to our customers. In order to do this, Reliant recruits experienced, quality individuals to conduct audits for our customers. These people are trained in customer service and how to interact in a professional, positive manner with our customers. We instill into our auditors that they are not counting just soda, milk, cigarettes, but your money. We have implemented dedicated crews to assigned stores. This greatly assists our auditors in better understanding your store requirements. The store managers feel more comfortable seeing the same faces for their inventory. We want to make a difference for our clients, employees, and community in a "relational" atmosphere. The client knows that the team will make well-informed decisions and work at a higher level of professionalism and accountability; while the employees experience the best environment for learning, understanding the business, and feeling a sense of ownership. It is important to get to know our clients by developing personal relationships.
